About MMP

In April 1984, Major Medical Products (MMP) was founded by Thomas A. Haege, formerly with Air-Shields, the incubator company. His idea was to focus on a part of the hospital that he felt was under served by other companies. Building on this idea, he set out to find the right mix of products for Newborn Nursery, NICU and Pediatric departments. In 1985, after testing these products in the Midwest, the first catalogs were sent to every NICU and Newborn Nursery in the USA.

24 years later MMP's goal is still the same—to consistently provide quality products at competitive prices for those who take care of Neonatal and Pediatric patients.
